Through the use of natural and safe ingredients, we want to help dogs and their owners go green and minimize chemical use. By using this Dog Ear Cleaner, we've taken out the need for harsh chemicals like peroxide or alcohol, which can actually irritate your dog's ears. With Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Niaouli Essential Oil, Palmarosa Essential Oil, and Basil Essential Oil as ingredients for our Dog Ear Clean you are certain that your dog's ears will not be harmed with chemical ingredients.

The Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil provides a natural method for killing dog ear mites, the Niaouli Essential Oil is well known for its antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties, the Palmarosa Essential Oil is known for strengthening the immune system and curing bacterial infections and Basil Essential Oil for reducing inflaand fighting bad odor.

Shake well. Add drops to opening of ear canal. Massage base of ear to distribute the solution. Use a washcloth or soft tissue to remove excess. Repeat regularly to keep ears clean and remove bad odor. Never use a cotton swab or use on cats. Also use before and after bathing and swimming. Avoid contact with eyes.

All orders shipped in Switzerland are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Damages 

Happy Pets is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
