Description: The Skin and Fur care complex ensures shiny fur and beautiful skin naturally from the inside. Skin, hair and nails - or skin, fur and claws - are not only the mirror for health and vitality for us humans. Selected nutrients, minerals, trace elements and plant seeds are crucial for a beautiful skin and a shiny coat for our beloved four-legged friends.
Overbreeding, insufficient supply and malnutrition can lead to thin, dull fur, hair loss or skin issues with itching in dogs and cats. Essential micronutrients such as copper, zinc, selenium, iodine, silicon and special vitamins (biotin, vitamin A, vitamin B2 and vitamin E) are particularly important for skin care and coat structure as well as for resilience.

Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a cool and dry place.

Shipment processing time
All orders shipped in Switzerland are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Happy Pets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Happy Pets is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Happy Pets does not ship outside of Switzerland.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
