Description: Austrian healing moor is perfect for healthy digestion, a strong immune system and can help with a shiny coat for your dogs or cats. It can also be used when changing your dog or cats food, when they have diarrhea, skin problems, even fur loss.
Our CBD VITAL VET animal peat contains the most pristine form of nature. Numerous herbs and plants are preserved in the moor - and have been since the last ice age.
The animal bog is ancient and contains active ingredients (plant substances, essential oils, resins, humic acid, minerals and trace elements, etc.) from over 350 original plants that flourished after the last ice age around 10,000 years ago, then sank in stagnant waters and ured to the moor. The quality is undisputed and has been confirmed by the Austrian healing and health resort law.

Shipment processing time
All orders shipped in Switzerland are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Damages
Happy Pets is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Happy Pets does not ship outside of Switzerland.
Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
